About Trudy's Yoga Studio   Bikram Yoga of Winston Salem is located in on one of the largest cities in North Carolina, Winston Salem. Having pleasant year-round climate, an excellent transportation infrastructure, and a strong commitment to arts and culture, makes it an ideal place to live and practice yoga. The studio has been open since 2002, serving all the yogis and yoginis of the area. After graduating from the Bikram Yoga College of India teacher training in December 2001, Trudy Swenk, using the entrepreneurial innovation characteristic of Winston Salem, opened the studio. The studio offers an 1600 sq foot practice area along with all new bathrooms. The studio has a unique, open, friendly environment that encourages personal as well as physical growth and conditioning.
